This smoothie recipe is ideal for the summer, it gives you an astounding boost of energy. This delicious smoothie was inspired by one of my favorite bloggers Essena O'Neill

Here's what you will need: 


 


15 - 20 pieces of dates 



500 ml of water 


A quarter cup of almond milk and any other milk of your choice  



Some ice cubes
